Your Online Access Step-By-Step Login Guide
Using your Internet browser, log on to http://www.grubmanfinancial.com/secure. The website redirects to https://grubman.lightport.com/default.asp. This behavior is by design.
The login screen appears:
Type in your user ID and initial password, then click the Login button.
You will see a message stating that your password has expired. For security reasons, your initial password expires after your first login so you can create your own personal password. Click on the link to proceed:
At the Password Change screen, re-enter your user ID and initial password. Then, enter a new password and re-enter it to confirm. Be sure to use a strong password, with at least 6 letters and numbers mixed together. Try not to use any proper words in your password.
Click the Change Password button when you are finished. If your passwords do not match, you will be prompted to re-enter. If everything is correct, you will see the confirmation screen:
Click the link to go back to the login screen and login with your newly created password.
