Your Online Access is organized into groups by document category (Estate Plan, Financial Plan, Insurance, etc.) Each group has all of its documents in a separate box, and within each box is a list of filenames. To view any document, simply click on the filename.
By clicking the minimize button, you can hide all the files listed in any group.
Each column inside a group can be sorted in ascending or descending order. Note the sort indicator is highlighted on the selected option.
The Options panel is a one-stop personalization center for your viewer preferences. This panel allows you to set filtering and grouping options to customize your experience while viewing secure documents on this site. Each option is described below.
ACCOUNT FILTER:
This filter limits the files being displayed to only those that belong in the accounts that are selected.
DATE FILTER:
This filter allows you to limit displayed files based on the file date. This is a good way to view the most recent files or to search from a specific date. You may select files from the last 30 days, the last 90 days, year to date, a specific date, or files for all dates.
CATEGORY FILTER:
Files are categorized to allow for logical grouping of related information. This filter allows you to view all categories or a specific category. You may look at files of a specific subject matter without having to wade through several unrelated files.
GROUP SELECTOR:
This allows you to group the display of your files by account, category or not at all.
