Financial Planning
The financial planning process creates a framework for implementing the steps necessary to achieve your goals.
Beginning with an introductory meeting, we discuss in detail your current financial position and your lifetime objectives.
We review your data and help you prioritize your objectives. Then we analyze the data and prepare projections to illustrate the actions that would be required to achieve your goals.
In a followup meeting we present the projections and several "what-if" scenarios to help you visualize the effect of different actions.
For example, you may have competing objectives, such as buying a vacation property and retiring in ten years. Our plan illustrates the effect that the vacation home purchase would have on your retirement plans.
During the meeting we agree on an action plan, then work with you to implement the plan.
Grubman Financial uses sophisticated Financial Planning software for customized analysis and reporting. Once the plan is in effect we can quickly help you evaluate the new opportunities and events as they arise.
One of the benefits that a comprehensive Financial Plan offers is the ability to update it regularly with current information.
Over time, ongoing revision creates an accurate picture of your resources and experience to enable you to make major life decisions.
