Authorizing Account Access

With Fidelity.com, a user can grant account access to an authorized individual (provided the individual also has accounts with Fidelity). To grant access, follow these instructions:

First, log in to Fidelity.com and click on the Accounts & Trade link:

A submenu appears. Click on Update Accounts/Features:

Under the Account Features subheading, click on Account Access Rights:

You will see a listing of your accounts and persons authorized to access those accounts. Inside each account box, you will see four levels of access that you can give to an authorized party. To allow someone to view that account, click on Inquiry Access:

On the screen that follows, enter the authorized individual's Social Security Number, First Name, and Last Name, and then click the Next button:

Verify the information you just entered and click the Accept button:

You will receive confirmation:

Inquiry access successfully added!

Log in to Fidelity.com as the authorized individual to verify that access has been granted. Repeat these steps for any other accounts you wish to authorize access to.
