Getting Started
Information For an Initial Meeting
Thank you for requesting an initial meeting to discuss our financial management service.
We provide asset management, financial planning and tax services to individuals and families with a minimum of $500,000 of manageable assets.
Our objective is to build long-term professional relationships with each of our clients. Each client's financial management needs are unique and change over time. We use the initial consultation to learn about your needs and to describe the services we can provide to you and the associated fees.
The initial consultation provides each of us an opportunity to see what it would be like to work together on a continuing basis. We want to ensure that our firm can provide you with an appropriate level of service to meet or exceed your expectations.
You should allow one hour for the meeting. We can use the time however you would like, although typical objectives are to:
- identify your financial management issues
- propose a format for addressing your issues
- provide an estimate of the time required to address your issues
- answer questions that can be addressed in the allotted time
It is helpful, but not necessary, to bring relevant financial documents with you to the meeting, such as:
- prior year tax returns (federal and state)
- account statements
- employment benefit statement(s)
- recent paystub(s)
- insurance coverage descriptions
If you have any questions about any of this information please feel free to contact us.
